The staff was helpful and patient, providing great service. the room was freshly renovated and reasonably large, with a kettle included. the breakfast included milk, fresh bread, cereal, and cheese.

The staff at this small hotel were very kind, including the barman and receptionist. the hotel offers fresh dishes. - It is centrally located close to the "Aeroville" mall, a large shopping center with many restaurants and hypermarkets. - Adjacent to the hotel, there is a large grocery store, CDG and train stations, as well as various shops and restaurants.

pleasant and fairly clean place, really kind and nice staff at the reception desk. pleasant setting, not far from restaurants and shopping in roissy-en-france, the park and mini-market, and a major shopping mall. for tea or coffee visit boulangerie patisserie gautier nearby.

They provide free shuttle to airport where easy for us to travel to Paris and also to airport.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and I thoroughly enjoyed the appetizing milk, breads, cereals, and cheese. the location was magnificent and handy, within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

Very convenient, and good value, for overnight stop nr CDG. Rooms considerably larger and better equipped (fridge, snacks, desk space, sofa etc) than similarly priced other budget accomodation.

This place is awesome because it’s so close to the airport and there’s a shuttle that can take you there. Plus, there’s a cool shopping mall nearby with tons of restaurants. the staff here are super nice – especially the barman and receptionist 🌟.

hotel free shuttle was nice and location is close to airport nice free movies selection free water bottle table and small citchen clean and comfartable helping staff price was 82 euro for 2 adults + 2 children. it is hard to beat for this level of hotel ...

there are two suite novotel neaqr the airport and we took the wrong shuttle by mistake. the first day, we recived a room were the toilet is in the same room as the sower (and no tub) and once water was opened the whole floor was wet! this improved the second time we arrived.

The room was nice, the bar area is comfortable. There is no on-site restaurant, a decent array if sandwiches and snacks are available, which is convenient. For such a clean hotel, close to the airport, the rate was good.

The only downside is that the shuttle to CDG is a big coach that stops at all the Accor properties in the area - which is a lot and takes a while. Plus here are two Suite Novotels on the route, I only got the right one by luck, there wasn't a clear announcement that differentiated them for me on this trip.

I liked the proximity to CDG airport and the fact that a shuttle to/from the airport is available. I also was very impressed with the decor and comfort of the room as well as the price.
